Can I switch my Nigerian account to a Ghanaian account?
No. The currency and products available to you are determined by the country you select at registration. Each country requires a separate account.
Can I change my username?
No. Usernames cannot be changed after registration.
Can I be paid in Nigerian Naira?
No. Withdrawals for Ghana accounts are made in Cedis only. To receive Naira, create a separate Nigerian Cardtonic account.
Can I be paid via CEDIS mobile money?
Yes. Enter your bank name as mobile money and include your phone number with the appropriate country code.
Can a Ghana user earn reward points?
Yes. Ghanaian users earn reward points on every completed transaction, just like Nigerian users. The higher your user level, the more points you earn. Points are redeemable in GH₵.
