What is the withdrawal limit?
Minimum: ₦2,000
Without KYC: maximum daily withdrawal is ₦2,000,000
With KYC verified: no withdrawal limit
How soon will I receive my Naira withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed automatically and typically arrive within minutes. If your status shows "PAID" but the funds have not arrived, wait up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, contact support via in-app chat with your session ID and take it to your bank to trace the payment.
Please note: Student accounts may have receiving limits. If a payment is reversed, you will be notified within 72 hours. Every "PAID" withdrawal will be received.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
A pending status means your withdrawal is in the queue and should clear within a few minutes. Contact support via in-app chat if it takes longer than expected.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
This is usually due to invalid or unrecognised account details. Cross-check your details and try again. If it's rejected, the amount is automatically returned to your Cardtonic Wallet.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Contact support as soon as possible by calling +2347060502770 or emailing support@cardtonic.com. If the withdrawal has not yet been processed, it will be cancelled. Once processing has started, cancellation might no longer be possible.
Can I be paid in Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is not currently available as a withdrawal method. Contact support via in-app chat if you need further assistance.
