Open the Cardtonic app and tap "Virtual Dollar Card".

Tap "Submit KYC" and complete your identity verification.

Select your card type: Regular ($1.50) or Platinum ($5.00), then select your network: Visa or MasterCard. ​

Enter your contact details and tap "Create Virtual Card."
