A pending status means your trade is being reviewed. All trades are processed in order of submission.
Some gift cards take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process, including:
Footlocker, Apple Store, Vanilla, Sephora, Target, Nordstrom, Walmart, Visa, Saks, Macy's, Nike, Mastercard, and American Express.
Contact support via in-app chat if your trade has been pending for more than 3 hours.
To cancel a pending trade:
Contact support as soon as possible by calling +2347060502770 or emailing support@cardtonic.com.
If the trade has not yet been processed, it will be cancelled.Once processing has started, cancellation might no longer be possible.
