Most withdrawals are sent within minutes. Some are checked by our team before they are sent, which can take up to 24 hours. While your withdrawal waits, the amount stays reserved for it and you cannot spend it.
What the status means
“Pending”: your withdrawal is waiting to be sent, or waiting for our team’s check.
“Processing”: your withdrawal was sent, and we are waiting for your bank to confirm it.
“PAID”: your withdrawal was sent to your bank or mobile money wallet.
“Reversed”: your withdrawal was not completed, and the money is back in your Cardtonic Wallet.
Other reasons a withdrawal can wait
Your account was frozen or suspended after you made the request. Your withdrawal is held until this is resolved. Contact support via in-app chat.
The transfer could not be started. Our team checks it and either sends it again or returns the money to your Cardtonic Wallet. This can take longer than 24 hours.
What to do
If your withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, contact support via in-app chat with your withdrawal reference.
If your withdrawal shows “PAID” but has not arrived, wait up to 24 hours. See: Frequently asked questions about withdrawals
