Before you delete your account, withdraw all the money in your Cardtonic Wallet, and wait for every pending trade and withdrawal to finish. The app does not stop you from deleting an account that still has money in it.
Open the Cardtonic app or website.
Tap "Settings" at the bottom of your dashboard.
Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Please note: After you delete your account, you can’t log in, and you can’t sign up again with the same email address or username. Only delete your account if you are sure. If you are experiencing an issue, we recommend contacting support via in-app chat before you delete your account.
