Before you buy
Check that your phone supports eSIM. You can use the compatible devices list in the Cardtonic app.
Most eSIMs can be installed only once, on one device. If you delete the eSIM or change phones, you may not be able to install it again, and you will need to buy a new one.
How do I buy an eSIM on Cardtonic?
Open the Cardtonic app and tap "Bills & eSIMs".
Select "eSIMs".
Choose a country, regional, or global plan.
Select your preferred plan and tap "Buy Now".
Your eSIM will be ready to install once payment is confirmed.
Please note: You can purchase an eSIM before you travel. It will only activate once you arrive in the destination country.
