In-app transfer (P2P) allows you to send money directly to another Cardtonic user using their username.
Please note: Both the sender and recipient must have completed KYC to use this feature.
How do I send a P2P transfer?
Tap "Withdraw" then "To Another User".
Enter the recipient's username.
Input the amount and review the transaction details.
Confirm the transfer.
Please note: You can send from any of your Cardtonic wallet balances to any recipient wallet of your choice.
How do I receive a P2P transfer?
Another Cardtonic user can send money directly to your account using your username on the app.
How quickly will the recipient receive the money?
P2P transfers are processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed.
Can I cancel a P2P transfer?
Completed transfers cannot be reversed. Always confirm the recipient's username and amount before approving.
Are there fees for P2P transfers?
No. P2P transfers are free on the Cardtonic app.
What happens if my transfer fails?
If a transfer fails, the transaction status will indicate the failure and the amount will be returned to your Wallet automatically.
