Your account or wallet can be frozen for a few different reasons. Here's how to resolve the most common ones.
Frozen after failed login attempts
Your account locks after 4 failed password attempts. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, check your email for a reset link, open it in a browser, and set a new password.
Frozen after failed withdrawal PIN attempts
Your wallet is restricted after 3 wrong PIN attempts. To reset:
Go to "Settings", then "Security", then "Reset PIN".
Enter the 8-digit OTP sent to your registered email.
Set a new PIN.
