WHAT EXACTLY IS CARDTONIC 2FA?

We're pleased to introduce the Cardtonic 2FA feature.

Users can now enable two-factor authentication for withdrawals.

​​By adding this advanced feature, we have increased the security of users' accounts. Please keep in mind that this is a simple and straightforward procedure.

When enabled, 2FA Authentication locks all withdrawal actions on your account. This means that whenever you attempt to withdraw funds from your account, a temporary 4-digit code will be sent to your registered email address, and you will need to enter this code in order to complete the withdrawal.


HOW TO SET 2FA ON YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Tap the “settings” icon on the bottom of your dashboard page

2. Choose security

3. Choose withdrawal 2FA

4.. Switch-on 2-Factor Authentication

5. To activate your 2FA, enter your withdrawal pin

Simple as that!

HOW TO DEACTIVATE 2FA ON YOUR ACCOUNT

Our application offers users total independence at all times. If you decide to disable 2FA on your account, here are the simple steps to take:

  1. Select Settings

  2. Choose Security

  3. Choose withdrawal 2FA

  4. Switch-off 2-Factor Authentication to receive a two-factor code via email

  5. To deactivate your 2FA, enter your withdrawal pin and the two-factor code emailed to you.
