Conversion allows you to move funds between supported currency wallets directly within the Cardtonic app.
Which currencies can I convert?
You can convert between supported currencies available to you, including NGN, GHS, USD, KES, and ZAR.
How do I convert my money?
You can access conversion from two places on the app:
From your dashboard
Tap "Convert" directly on your dashboard below your wallet balance.
From your Wallet;
Open the Cardtonic app and tap "Wallet".
Tap "Convert".
Select the wallet you want to convert from.
Select the wallet you want to receive into.
Enter the amount and review the exchange rate.
Confirm the conversion.
Is the exchange rate fixed?
No. Rates are based on the current available rate and may change at any time.
How long is my displayed exchange rate valid?
The displayed rate is valid for the period shown on the conversion screen. If the rate expires before you confirm, a new rate will be provided automatically.
Are there fees for conversion?
No. Conversion is free on the Cardtonic app.
Can I see my previous conversions?
Yes. All completed conversions appear in your transaction history.
