What is the minimum or maximum value I can purchase?
Limits depend on the card brand. You will be notified if the amount is outside the allowed range. Contact support if you need help.
Can I purchase gift cards with my bank card?
Gift cards can only be purchased using your Cardtonic Wallet balance.
Do the gift cards I purchase expire?
Gift card codes generally expire after five years. We encourage you to use them as soon as possible.
Is my gift card guaranteed to work?
Yes. All codes are guaranteed at the time of delivery. All purchases are non-refundable. If a code gives an error, contact support via in-app chat before attempting redemption.
Can I swap a gift card for a different one?
Direct swaps are not supported. Sell your gift card under "Sell gift card" and use the balance to buy your preferred card.
