Can I buy gift cards on Cardtonic?

What countries do you accept gift cards from?
We accept gift cards from the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Finland, Poland, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, France, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Romania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Malaysia.
Not all countries are available at all times. If your card is from a country not listed here, contact support via in-app chat and we will check for available offers.
What is a face value or no face value gift card?
A face value gift card has the amount printed directly on the card. A no face value gift card does not. The balance can only be confirmed by checking online or redeeming the card.
Do gift cards expire?
Some do, some do not. Always check the card or its packaging for an expiry date before trading. Some cards also carry inactivity fees that reduce the balance over time.
My gift card says it has already been redeemed. What do I do?
This means the card was used before it was submitted to Cardtonic. Unfortunately Cardtonic cannot resolve this. Contact the gift card provider directly for assistance. Where possible, we will provide a screenshot of the error message to support your claim.
Can I know the date and time my gift card was redeemed?
Cardtonic does not have access to redemption history. Contact the gift card provider directly for this information.
What are "Favourites" when selling gift cards?
Favourites lets you bookmark gift cards you trade regularly for faster access. After submitting a trade, tap "Add to Favourites" on the submission page to save that card.
What are the acceptable first four numbers for a Visa gift card?
Cardtonic accepts Visa gift cards starting with: 4034 / 4358 / 4086 / 4611
