Adding your Platinum Card to a digital wallet lets you make quick, secure payments directly from your phone without needing your physical card.
Cardtonic platinum cards currently support two wallets:
• Apple Pay (iPhone)
• Google Pay (Android)
The card is added manually by entering your card details.
Before You Start
Ensure that:
• Your Platinum Card is active
• Your device supports Apple Pay or Google Pay
• You have an internet connection
• Your phone has a screen lock enabled
How to Add Your Platinum Card to Apple Pay
1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “+” icon.
3. Select Debit or Credit Card.
4. Choose Add Card Manually.
5. Enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
6. Accept the terms and conditions.
7. Select email to complete the verification setup. You will receive an activation code in the email associated with your Cardtonic account.
Once verified, your Platinum Card will be added to Apple Pay.
How to Add Your Platinum Card to Google Pay
1. Open the Google Pay app.
2. Tap Add to Wallet or Add payment method.
3. Select Debit Card.
4. Choose Enter card details manually.
5. Input your card details and accept the terms.
6. Select email to complete the verification setup. You will receive an activation code in the email associated with your Cardtonic account.
Your Platinum Card will now appear in your Google Pay wallet.
What You Can Do After Adding Your Card
Once added, you can:
• Make contactless payments in supported stores
• Pay online or in‑app where Apple Pay or Google Pay is accepted
• Enjoy extra security using Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN
Security Information
• Your actual card number is not stored on your device
• Each payment requires biometric or PIN verification
• You can remove your card from the wallet at any time
