How to pay:
Tap "Bills & eSIMs" then "International Bills".
Choose your country and bill type.
Enter your payment details, review the amount and tap "Confirm".
Payment is deducted from your Cardtonic Wallet at the current exchange rate.
Supported bill types:
Airtime, Data, Internet, TV subscriptions, and Electricity.
Payment methods:
Cardtonic Wallet balance, gift card proceeds, or virtual bank account top-up.
Supported countries:
Available in multiple countries across Africa and beyond. Check the app for the current list.
How does currency conversion work?
You always pay in your local currency. Nigerian users pay in Naira and Ghanaian users pay in Cedis. Cardtonic automatically converts your payment into the correct currency for the country you are paying in.
The exchange rate applied is displayed at the time of payment. If you have questions about a specific rate, contact support via in-app chat.
