How does currency conversion work?

You can pay from any supported Cardtonic wallet (Rand, KSh, Naira, Cedis, or USD) regardless of the currency required for the payment. Cardtonic automatically converts your funds to the required currency, so you do not need to convert them beforehand.

The exchange rate applied is shown at the time of payment. If you have any questions about a specific rate, contact support via in-app chat.
