Your Cardtonic Platinum Card can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for quick, contactless payments from your phone.
Please note: Only Platinum cards support this. Basic Virtual Dollar Cards cannot be added.
Before you start:
Platinum Card must be active and funded
Device must support Apple Pay or Google Pay
Screen lock must be enabled
Add to Apple Pay:
Open the Wallet app and tap "+".
Select "Debit or Credit Card", then "Add Card Manually".
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV, and accept the terms.
Select "Email" for verification and enter the activation code sent to your registered Cardtonic email.
Add to Google Pay:
Open Google Pay and tap "Add to Wallet".
Select "Debit Card", then "Enter card details manually".
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV, and accept the terms.
Select "Email" for verification and enter the activation code sent to your registered Cardtonic email.
Your card is now ready for contactless and in-app payments.
Please note: Apple Pay and Google Pay may not function properly in Nigeria due to regional restrictions. Contact support via in-app chat if you need help.
