It is our responsibility to make your shopping experience convenient. When it comes to payment, we've streamlined the process to ensure convenience. You can choose to pay directly through your wallet or select from the other convenient payment methods available.
After you have added your gadgets to your cart and are ready to pay, simply tap on the Purchase icon and agree to the terms. You will then see the Pay with other methods icon, which will give you access to a variety of payment options such as card, USSD NQR, bank transfer, card, and bank.
HOW TO PAY WITH CARD
Click on the other payment method icon, which will automatically take you to the card page.
Enter your card details, click on pay, and proceed with the payment. It’s that simple!
HOW TO PAY WITH USSD
Click on change payment method at the bottom of the page.
Select the USSD option, choose your bank, and enter your phone number. You will receive a code to make the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, sit back and wait for your delivery.
HOW TO PAY WITH NQR
Click on change payment method at the bottom of the page.
Choose NQR, which will display a barcode. Scan the code using your bank app to complete the payment.
After a successful payment, tap the “I have completed this payment” icon.
Once the payment is confirmed on your Cardtonic app, relax and wait for your delivery
PAYING WITH BANK TRANSFER
Click on change payment method at the bottom of the page and select Bank Transfer.
Account details will be shown for you to transfer funds into. These details are only valid for an hour.
After completing the transfer, click on the “I have made the bank transfer” icon.
Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be successfully processed.
