Google Play gift cards are used to pay for apps, music, and more on the Google Play Store.
For new Google Play cards you would like to trade, contact support via in-app chat and we will check for available offers before you submit.
Please note: Cards displaying "We Need More Info To Redeem This Card" will be rejected and cannot be processed by Cardtonic.
How to check your Google Play gift card balance:
Go to play.google.com.
Tap your profile icon.
Select "Payments and Subscriptions".
Tap "Redeem Gift Code".
Enter your gift card code to view the balance.
Please note: Do not tap "Redeem" after viewing your balance. Stop once you can see the balance amount.
How to resolve the "We Need More Info To Redeem This Card" error:
Your card balance is still intact when this error appears. Google has provided a direct resolution path:
Submit your card details directly to Google Play support: Google Play gift card support.
Google will review your submission and notify you whether the issue has been resolved.
