Live Activity lets you track the exact processing state of your transactions in real time directly from your phone. You no longer need to open the app, refresh, or wait to know what is happening with your transaction.

<b>Which transactions can I track with Live Activity?</b>

Live Activity is available for the following transaction types: sell gift card, withdrawal, buy gift card, eSIM purchase, bill payments, and top-ups.

Once a transaction is initiated, Live Activity updates appear automatically as notifications on your phone screen. You can track the progress of your transaction even on a locked screen. Tap the notification at any time to go directly to the transaction details in the app.

<b>Please note:</b> Live Activity is available on the latest version of the Cardtonic app. Update your app to access this feature.
