The Manage Merchants feature lets you control which platforms can charge your Virtual Dollar Card. Your list of platforms is based on your transaction history.
Steps to follow:
Open the Cardtonic app and tap on your Virtual Dollar Card.
Select "Manage Merchants".
Toggle on the platform you want to activate.
To deactivate a platform, toggle it off.
Please note: A deactivated platform cannot charge your card until toggled back on. If you have an active subscription with a platform, cancel it directly on that platform or through your phone's subscription settings before deactivating it here.
