FX conversion allows you to exchange funds between supported currency wallets directly within the Cardtonic app.

You can convert between supported currencies available to you, including NGN, GHS, USD, KES, and ZAR.

Open the Cardtonic app and select "Wallet".

Select the wallet you want to convert from.

Then select the wallet you want to receive into.

Enter the amount and review the exchange rate.

No. FX rates are based on the current available rate and may change at any time.

How long is my displayed exchange rate valid?

The displayed rate is valid for the period shown on the conversion screen. If the rate expires before you confirm, a new rate will be provided automatically.

No. FX conversion is free on the Cardtonic app.

Can I see my previous FX conversions?

Yes. All completed conversions appear in your transaction history.
