The Manage Merchant feature allows users to control which merchants they can make payments to using their virtual dollar cards (e.g.popular merchants or a previously used merchant)). This feature adds an extra layer of flexibility and security, enabling users to activate or deactivate specific merchants based on their needs.
How to Activate or Deactivate a Merchant
Log in to the app
Click on your virtual dollar card.
Go to the "Manage Merchants”
Turn on the specific merchant you wish to activate (that is the exact platform you intend to use).
To deactivate a merchant, simply toggle off the merchant you wish to disable.
Important Notes:
Remember!!! A toggled-off/disabled merchant cannot be used until toggled back on.
Also, you must unlink your card directly from the platform for this feature to work properly.
