Simply put, ‘cash’ and ‘debit’ are the payment method used when purchasing the amazon gift card from store.

Amazon Cash Receipt:

If the card is purchased with cash from the store, it will be indicated on the receipt as shown below:

Amazon Debit Receipt:

This simply means the gift card was bought with a debit card/ATM card. It will be indicated on the receipt as shown below:

Amazon Credit Card / Mastercard / Visa Receipt:

This simply means the gift card was bought with credit cards and master cards. It will be indicated on the receipt as shown below:

Amazon Activation receipts:

Activation receipts are not so useful when considering receipts. It is just a validation that your gift card was successfully activated and can be considered useless as . receipt for trading.
