Fund your USD Wallet with USDT or USDC from an external wallet or exchange and use your USD balance across Cardtonic.
Before You Deposit
Make sure you:
* Select a supported stablecoin (USDT or USDC).
* Select the correct supported network.
* Use the deposit address provided in your USD Wallet.
The minimum deposit amount and deposit fee are clearly displayed on the Add Money screen before you make a deposit.
Important: Sending an unsupported token or using the wrong network may result in the loss of your funds.
How to Make a Deposit:
1. Open your USD Wallet.
2. Tap Add Money.
3. Select Stablecoin
4. Select USDT or USDC and the network
5. Generate a new Wallet
6. Review the minimum deposit amount and fee.
7. Copy your deposit address or scan the QR code.
8. Send the amount from your external wallet.
Once the transaction receives the required blockchain confirmations, your USD balance will be updated automatically.
How Long Does It Take?
Most deposits are processed within a few minutes. However, the exact time depends on the blockchain network and its current activity.
What Can I Do With My USD Balance?
Once your deposit is confirmed, your USD balance can be used across Cardtonic to:
* Spend with your Virtual Dollar Card
* Buy gift cards
* Pay bills
* Purchase eSIMs
* Just Gadgets
* Convert to supported currencies
Your Virtual Dollar Card uses your available USD Wallet balance when you spend, so you don’t need to make a separate deposit to the card.
