Refunds are automatically credited to active cards once the merchant has successfully processed the transaction. The completion of refunds typically takes between 2 to 15 days.
If refund is pending, we recommend that you refrain from terminating the card to ensure seamless processing of the refunds.
Refunds for terminated cards will be processed manually and may require additional time to complete.
