On the 7th of December, 2021, Cardtonic launched a redesigned version of its platform.
The new design has been crafted to be faster than ever, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly. While we have tried to keep the user experience consistent with the former, we moved to a more customer-centric layout.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?
Mobile app users will be required to update their app as the old app will stop working.
Any transaction before the 7th of December 2021 will be regarded as OLD TRANSACTIONS, which you can access using the button available within the platform.
Your login details and account balance remain intact.
The new platform comes with improved security in terms of WITHDRAWAL PIN. So, you will be required to SET PIN before you can withdraw, for the first time.
To do this, proceed to the SETTINGS PAGE > AUTHENTICATION and enter your 4-digit withdrawal pin. Not to worry, in case you forget your pin, you can always reset it. In summary, no one can withdraw your funds without the pin.
